Bantam Books rarely miss and this is another great example of some of the fine work they produced. Richard Goldstein's 'The Poetry of Rock' was first published in February 1969 and is a pretty comprehensive collection of lyrics from some of the eras biggest and best rock acts. From Johnny Cash, Chuck Berry, Leonard Cohen to Paul Simon and Bob Dylan.
