The book that inspired one of our favourite films of all time. The Last Detail by Darryl Ponicsan was first published in 1970 and was later turned into the cult classic film of the same name just three years later. Directed by Hal Ashby and starring Jack Nicholson. It follows two Navy men who are ordered to bring a young offender to prison, but decide to show him one last good time along the way.
Highly recommend seeking the film out if you haven't already seen it. The Indicator restoration blu ray is superb.
