Marathon Man by William Goldman

Beautifully designed copy of William Goldman's iconic novel which was later turned into a film of the same name by John Schlesinger starring Dustin Hoffman. See film tie in books used to look good! Not like the current state of affairs. 

There's a great moment in Albert Brooks film 'Modern Romance' where after a break up he states that 'i'm trying to start a new life and I feel that running should be a major part of it.' Now i'm not quite sure this will have the same effect on your exercise regime but it's a fantastic thriller and a film worth seeking if you haven't already seen it.

William Goldman was no stranger to Hollywood, penning multiple scripts and novels that would later be adapted into iconic films from Butchcassidy and the Sundance Kid to The Princess Bride.
