A Coffin Full of Dollars by Joe Millard

This scarce edition and volume is a follow up to the iconic movie novelisations of Sergio Leone's original trilogy for the Man with No Name, starring Clint Eastwood.

A Coffin Full of Dollars provides some background history; when he was young, The Man with No Name was a ranch hand who was continually persecuted by an older hand named Carvell.
