Vale worked, and was funded by $100 each from \u003cstrong\u003eLawrence Ferlinghetti\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eAllen Ginsberg\u003c\/strong\u003e. Then in\u003cstrong\u003e 1980, V.
